Ginger Stevia Cookies
Perfect as holiday gifts, these ginger cookies will surely make your loved ones crave for more.
- 2/3 cup NatriSweet 100% Pure Stevia Powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cloves,
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
First, pre-heat your over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, mix the ground ginger, cinnamon, and cloves with the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl, and set aside.
- Beat the NatriSweet Stevia Powder and butter in another bowl with a mixer until they are thoroughly combined. Add the egg and corn syrup until the mixture is smooth. Gradually whisk in the flour mixture from Step 1. Place the dough in the refrigerator for two hours.
Shape the dough into balls, rolled with Stevia powder. Place the balls, two inches apart, on the greased sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges begin to brown. Cool for about a minute on the sheet, and transfer to a wire rack to completely cool down. Serve and enjoy!
